Non-Refundable Items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Include photos of the item(s) if possible to expedite the process.
Approval Confirmation:
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send the item(s).
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, style, or color, we’ll be happy to process an exchange, subject to item availability.
Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and inspected.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and ensure a replacement is sent promptly.
