3. Commitment and Responsibility

  • Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to participate.
  • Communicate promptly if you cannot attend a class, rehearsal, or event.
  • Respect the time and effort of instructors and peers by being fully present and engaged.

4. Professionalism

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all Heel Appeal activities.
  • Follow dress code requirements and come equipped with the necessary footwear and attire.
  • Avoid disruptive behaviour or actions that detract from the learning experience.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Respect the privacy of all members by not sharing personal information or images without consent.
  • Do not record or share class content, choreography, or performances without permission.

6. Anti-Harassment and Zero Tolerance

  • Heel Appeal has zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind.
  • Report any inappropriate behaviour or concerns to an instructor or staff member immediately.
  • All reports will be taken seriously and handled with discretion and care.

7. Team Spirit and Support

  • Celebrate the achievements of fellow members and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
  • Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to support the growth of others.
  • Represent Heel Appeal with pride and uphold the values of the community.

8. Consequences for Violations

  • Violations of this Code of Conduct will result in appropriate action, which may include verbal warnings, removal from specific activities, or dismissal from the program.
